Can we develop with our own idea ?

Hi, We are a team of 5 and we have an idea to solve a pressing problem in the community. can we build solution for the idea what we have or we have to build a solution for one of the NGO.

  Note: We don't have much time left and late in the game. Send me an email with your availability on Monday for screening. We can take it from there. Since its for the community, give it some generic understandable name. Rest of the field, I think can be filled.
